Unfortunately, this place is completely overpriced and the portion sizes have decreased over the past few years while the prices say the same or increase. I got the Naked Tenders, for 8.99 that was 6 tenders. What I got was 3 tenders cut in half called 6. This place has glorified bar food. Their boneless wings are good, but again, completely overpriced. Also, if you want more than one small container of sauce, you get charged 50 cents extra. Save your money or go someplace else where you'll feel like $30 for two adults and a child would be worth the money.

the last time i'll go there for anything but drinking and playing trivia. went there for lunch with coworkers and the waitress was slow to take our order, the kitchen took 40 minutes to prepare 2 chicken sandwiches, 1 wrap, and 1 salad. the waitress never stopped back by to check on us or apologize for the slow service. we had to go to the front counter to get our checks and got back to work 15 minutes late. my chicken breast was small, dry, and overwhelmed by the bun. i don't recommend this place as anything other than a bar.

I have read all of the past reviews and i really can't understand why people dont like this place. Buffalo is doing much better than they did under the old ownership. The new managers are really good. I have to abmit I am a regular here and I always get decent service. I really love the mozz Sticks to start off with. The wings are always the best in town. The atmosphere is always good and there is plenty to watch on tv. I love coming in for tiger talk on mondays. Go tigers!!!!!

Almost a year ago I left a favorable review for this place. I take back everything I said. I went tonight and it was awful. It took a while for the server to even come to our table. We ordered chese sticks and they came quickly, but did not seem to have much flavor. The waitress disappeared right around the time our food was up, so someone else brought it to our table. The wings were cold. I ate them anyway because it takes so long to get your food I figured if I ordered fresh ones I would be there all night long. We asked the waitress for our check and she brought it but then she wouldn't come back to run the card. Finally I found a manager and told him that food had been cold and I wanted to go home so would he run my card. He took my card but didn't even apologize about the cold food or give us a discount. Then our waitress came back with our reciept and card and just threw them on our table with a quick "Sorry about the wait on that" and ran away. What makes me the maddest is that the manager didn't even care that we had got such bad service. In this economy, they need to appreciate it when someone decides to choose them. I won't be back and I would not recommend it to anyone else either. If there was a negative rating available, I would give it to them.

The burger I had was pretty good; a little messy, but that's BBQ! The service was a little slow to get started, but not bad after that. Otherwise, just an average college/sports place.

Seems like a college hangout, lots of undergrads there, especially at night and during games. The wings are absolutely top notch, one of my top 3 wing places of all time. The hot wings are HOT, not like some of the commercial hot wings from pizza places. Had some that had half of my face burning. I've never had problems with service there. I could do without the crowds and college kids all the time though.

My buddies and I went in lastnight to watch the Tiger basketball game. The bar was not that busy and we found a table right away. The problem was is that we waited 55 min till someone came over and asked us if we had been served. The bad thing about it was that we noticed that most of the staff plus the manager was just hanging around watching the game.

Yes, the service can be slow. However,Buffalo Wild Wings has good food. I love the boneless wings with honey bbq sauce. I tried a few different sauces and didn't like them, but I tend to be picky.

This place is okay. It's festive, but don't go here unless you have a lot of time. We always have problems with wait staff disappearing. The last time we went there it took about 10 minutes for our server to even come over and say hi, and then it took about 45 minutes for our food to be brought to us. And they weren't busy at all, maybe 15 patrons at the time.

This is the worst BWW I have ever been to. There were 2 of getting a table and another 2 on the way. We were told they would not seat us until the whole party was there. There were only two full tables in the place. The manager was a complete waste of space. we finally got a table and the server Natalie was good. The food was bad and the manager was worse!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night myself and 6 other friends, all female, were getting ready for a night out and decided to start it off by having an early dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. Only a few of us had been there before and we were sure that it was a good place with a bar. We thought it would work just fine but we were sorely disappointed. We were seated quickly enough but then waited nearly 15 minutes for a waiter to approach us, even after going up to the hostess and asking for a waiter we still have a good 5 minute wait. After placing our order we continued to be ignored by the wait staff, had to ask repeatedly for extra items and in the end the food was decent but not nearly good enough for our time and our money. Perhaps, the thing that annoyed us the most, was the fact that a manager went around to each table and asked customers how their meal was going – not once did this manager approach us. In fact, it became quite a game for us to see how long we could stare at him and how many times he would make rounds to tables around us. I’m a college student and so are my friends – we don’t expect much for the restaurants we eat at but Buffalo Wild Wings came in even BELOW my expectations. STAY AWAY!

possibly the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The first time I've ever sent something back. It was nachos. The cheese was cold. It tasted horrible, and by the time I decided it was horrible I couldn't stomach anything from their menu. The guy preparing the food was wearing dredlocks and not a hairnet or anything. It was disgusting, the service was horrible. I won't be returning.

Service has always been less than pathetic at this BWW. We've waited up to 45 minutes for wings once. And the wings seem to be getting smaller and smaller as time goes on (as in less meat).

Food is good when you can get it. The service is the worst of any place in town. They have the worst workers ever. I hate going there unless I have to due to friends. They need to fire everyone, (they have once I think) and hire some people who will do more than chat with the bartender.

The food is really good but the service is HORRIBLE!!!! We went there and sat down at 6:30. We were waiting on a friend so we didn't order until 6:45. At 7:00 a few people didn't even have their beer. So we asked the manager and he went and got them. At 7:15 we still didn't have our food. Again we asked the manager and our order hadn't even been put in. He put the order in and our food was there in like 10 minutes, but the order was all wrong. We had to wait even longer to get the right food! Then we waited even longer to get our bill. We finally had to just walk up to the register to pay there. We didn't get out of there until 8:45!!!
